Le sottoelencate condizioni di noleggio sono parte integrante del contratto di noleggio.

1. Gli attrezzi vengono noleggiati in idonee condizioni d'uso.

2. Il locatario si assume la piena responsabilità dell’oggetto a noleggio.

3. In caso di rottura totale o di furto il materiale in oggetto sarà addebitato al locatario secondo il valore di mercato. In caso di furto il locatario è obbligato ad esporre denuncia presso le forze dell’ordine competenti.

4. In caso di danni e/o rotture causati all'attrezzatura noleggiata il cliente dovrà pagare i danni causati che saranno quantificati dal locatore al momento della riconsegna dell'attrezzatura.

5. il locatario può versare a titolo di copertura danni all’attrezzatura € 10,00 ad personam per coprire fino ad un massimo di 200,00 € di danno. La copertura danni non include: furto/spese mediche/recupero attrezzatura e persone.

6. La sostituzione è possibile durante la durata del contratto con materiali di diverse categorie e valori, con addebito della differenza in caso di categoria superiore, però senza rimborso in caso di categoria inferiore.

7. Non è conteggiato come giorno di noleggio il ritiro di attrezzatura effettuato dopo le ore 15:00.

8. Il materiale a noleggio deve essere pagato fino ed incluso il giorno di restituzione, se consegnato dopo le ore 9 di mattina.

9. Nel caso in cui il materiale noleggiato non dovesse rientrare per qualsiasi motivo secondo gli accordi, al settimo giorno dalla data stabilita per la restituzione verrà automaticamente esposta denuncia per furto nei confronti del locatario.

10. La risoluzione anticipata del contratto di noleggio é possibile mediante la restituzione del materiale senza pretese di rimborso da parte del locatario.

11.I rimborsi si effettuano esclusivamente per malattia e/o infortunio mediante l’esibizione di un regolare certificato medico.

12. Per tutto quant'altro qui non richiamato, vale il criterio generale che il locatario assume, per se stesso e per eventuali minorenni affidati, la totale responsabilità degli attrezzi oggetto di noleggio.
13. Ogni paio di scarponi noleggiato è associato a una borsa porta scarponi che va restituita, pena il pagamento di € 2,00.
14. I bastoncini s'intendono associati ad ogni paio di sci noleggiato che vanno restituiti pena il pagamento di € 10,00 a bastone.

15. Con la presente si informano i nostri locatari/clienti che l’elaborazione dei loro dati personali da parte del locatore, titolare dell’elaborazione stessa, avverrà in forma elettronica o manuale esclusivamente per l’adempimento dei compiti contrattuali in oggetto e futuri, per ottemperare alle norme di legge ed alle disposizioni delle autorità giuridicamente competenti, per la tenuta della regolare contabilità e dello schedario dei clienti.

16. In ottemperanza a quanto disposto dalla legge 196/2003 sulla tutela dei dati personali, il locatario autorizza il locatore all'uso dei suoi dati personali per finalità statistiche, commerciali e promozionali inerenti la propria attività. È facoltà del locatario richiedere la cancellazione dei propri dati mediante semplice comunicazione al locatore.

The rental conditions listed below are an integral part of the rental contract.

1. The equipment is rented in suitable conditions of use.
2. The customer assumes full responsibility for the rental equipment.
3. In case of total damage or theft, the equipment will be charged to the customer according to the market value. In case of theft, the customer is obliged to file a report with the competent law enforcement agencies.
4. In the event of damages caused to the rented equipment, the customer has to pay a sum that will be quantified by the lessor upon return of the equipment.
5. the customer can pay €10.00 per person to cover damage to the equipment to cover up to a maximum of €200.00 of damage. Damage coverage does not include: theft/medical expenses/recovery of equipment and people.
6. During the duration of the contract the replacement with materials of different categories and values is possibile, the difference will be charged in case of a higher category, but without reimbursement in case of a lower category.
7. Pick-up of equipment after 3:00 pm is not counted as a rental day.
8. Rental equipment must be paid for up to and including the day of return, if delivered after 9 am.
9. In the event that the rented equipment is not returned for any reason according to the agreements, a complaint for theft against the tenant will be automatically filed on the seventh day from the date established for the return
10. Early termination of the rental contract is possible by returning the material without claims for reimbursement by the customer.
11. Refunds are made exclusively for illness and/or injury by showing a regular medical certificate.
12. For anything else not mentioned here, the general criterion is that the customer assumes, for himself and for any minors entrusted to him, total responsibility for the equipment being rented.
13. Each pair of boots rented is associated with a boot bag which must be returned, otherwise the customer has to pay €2.00 per bag.
14. The poles are associated with each pair of rented skis which must be returned, otherwise the customer has to pay €10.00 per pole.
15. We hereby inform our customers that the processing of their personal data by the lessor, owner of the processing itself, will take place in electronic or manual form exclusively for the fulfillment of the contractual tasks in question and
future tasks, to comply with the law and the provisions of the legally competent authorities, for the maintenance of regular accounting and customer records.
16. In compliance with the provisions of law 196/2003 on the protection of personal data, the customer authorizes the lessor to use his personal data for statistical, commercial and promotional purposes relating to his business. The lessee has the right to request the deletion of their data by simply communicating it to the lessor.

Diese Bedingungen sind integrierter Bestandteil des gegenständigen Mietvertrages.

1.Die Ausrüstung wird in gebrauchsgerechtem Zustand vermietet.

2. Der Mieter trägt während der Mietdauer die volle Verantwortung für das Verleihmaterial.

3. Im Falle von Verlust des Verleihobjekts durch Diebstahl oder bei Totalschaden haftet der Mieter und der Marktwert des Verleihmaterials wird in Rechnung gestellt. Im Falle von Diebstahl oder Verlust des Verleihmaterials ist der Kunde dazu verpflichtet, bei der lokalen Ordnungsbehörde Anzeige zu erstatten.

4. Bei unsachgemäßer und mutwilliger Beschädigung des Materials wird die Reparatur laut gültiger Preisliste dem Mieter in Rechnung gestellt.

5.  Um eine Schadensabdeckung von maximal € 200,00 für das Verleihmaterial zu haben, kann der Mieter 10,00 € pro Person zahlen. Der Schadensschutz umfasst nicht: Diebstahl/medizinische Kosten/Bergung von Ausrüstung und Personen.

6. Der Umtausch des Verleihobjekts während der Vertragsdauer gegen gleichwertige Artikel oder Artikel höherer Kategorien ist jederzeit gegen Aufpreis möglich. Die Rückvergütung beim Tausch gegen Artikel preiswerterer Kategorien ist jedoch nicht möglich.

7. Der Verleih der Skiausrüstung nach 15:00 Uhr zählt nicht als Miettag.

8. Bei Rückgabe des Verleihmaterials nach 9.00 Uhr ist der Mietpreis des Rückgabetages zu entrichten.

9. Im Falle, dass das geliehene Material, aus welchen Gründen auch immer, nicht ordnungsgemäß zurückgebracht wird, so wird seitens des Vermieters am 7. Tag der Überfälligkeit automatisch Anzeige wegen Diebstahl gegen den Mieter erstattet.

10. Die vorzeitige Auflösung des Mietvertrages ist mittels Rückgabe des Verleihobjekts möglich, jedoch ohne Rückvergütung der vereinbarten Verleihgebühr.

11. Rückvergütungen werden ausschließlich bei Krankheit und/oder Unfall, unter Vorlage eines ärztlichen Attests, vorgenommen.

12. Für alles andere, was hier nicht erwähnt wird, gilt als allgemeines Kriterium, dass der Mieter für sich und die ihm anvertrauten Minderjährigen die volle Verantwortung für das gemietete Verleihmaterial übernimmt.

13. Zu jedem gemieteten Paar Skischuhe gehört eine Stiefeltasche. Sollte diese nicht zurückgegeben werden, ist eine Gebühr von 2,00 € zur entrichten.

 14. Jedes gemietete Paar Ski wird mit 1 Paar Skistöcken ausgeliehen. Sollten diese nicht zurückgegeben werden ist eine Gebühr von 10,00 € pro Stock zu entrichten.

15. Wir informieren unsere Mieter/Kunden hiermit darüber, dass die Verarbeitung ihrer personenbezogenen Daten durch den Vermieter, der für die Verarbeitung selbst verantwortlich ist, in elektronischer oder manueller Form ausschließlich zur Erfüllung der jeweiligen vertraglichen Aufgaben und zukünftiger Erfüllung mit Übereinstimmung mit den Gesetzen und den Bestimmungen der gesetzlich zuständigen Behörden für die Führung regelmäßiger Konten und Kundenunterlagen erfolgt.

16. In Übereinstimmung mit den Bestimmungen des Gesetzes 196/2003 zum Schutz personenbezogener Daten ermächtigt der Mieter den Vermieter, seine personenbezogenen Daten für statistische, kommerzielle und Werbezwecke im Zusammenhang mit seinem Unternehmen zu verwenden. Der Mieter hat das Recht, die Löschung seiner Daten durch einfache Mitteilung an den Vermieter zu verlangen.
