Il cliente si impegna a rispettare i termini di riconsegna della bicicletta, ad averne cura e a non lasciarla mai incustodita.
Il pagamento avviene prima del noleggio in contanti o con carta, non è richiesta alcuna cauzione.
il cliente si assume la piena responsabilità della bicicletta e accessori a noleggio.
in caso di furto bicicletta o danni recati a parti e accessori il cliente è tenuto al rimborso.
termini e condizioni di noleggio
Il locatario (cliente/capogruppo) delle attrezzature di FASSA RENT, la cui firma compare sul presente contratto, dichiara di prendere in consegna le attrezzature alle condizioni riportate nel presente regolamento, che accetta integralmente e si impegna a rispettare.
1. Il cliente si assume la piena responsabilità dell'attrezzatura presa a noleggio per tutta la durata del contratto, dalla consegna fino alla riconsegna.
2. L’attrezzatura dovrà essere riconsegnata entro gli orari concordati e presso lo stesso punto di noleggio in cui è stata ritirata. In caso di ritardo nella riconsegna verrà applicata una penale di € 10,00 per ritardi fino a 30 minuti. Per ritardi superiori a 30 minuti sarà invece addebitato l'importo corrispondente a una mezza giornata di noleggio, secondo il listino prezzi vigente.
3. Il pagamento del noleggio dovrà essere effettuato prima della consegna dell'attrezzatura, secondo le tariffe in vigore al momento della stipula del contratto.
4. Al momento della consegna il cliente dichiara di aver verificato che l'attrezzatura sia in buono stato di conservazione e perfettamente funzionante. Eventuali anomalie o danni dovranno essere segnalati immediatamente prima dell'utilizzo. Alla riconsegna il materiale sarà sottoposto a controllo e gli eventuali danni riscontrati saranno addebitati al cliente.
5. L’attrezzatura dovrà essere utilizzata con la massima cura, diligenza e buon senso, evitando qualsiasi comportamento che possa causare danni al materiale o ai relativi accessori.
6. Il cliente dichiara di conoscere e di impegnarsi a rispettare le norme del Codice della Strada e ogni altra disposizione applicabile durante l'utilizzo dell'attrezzatura. Il Locatore declina ogni responsabilità derivante da un uso improprio dell'attrezzatura o dal mancato rispetto delle normative vigenti.
7. Il noleggio presuppone che il cliente sia fisicamente idoneo e tecnicamente in grado di utilizzare l'attrezzatura in sicurezza. Con la sottoscrizione del presente contratto il cliente dichiara di possedere tali requisiti e di assumersi ogni responsabilità conseguente al suo utilizzo.
8. Ogni danno, incidente o infortunio derivante dalla circolazione o dall'utilizzo dell'attrezzatura è imputabile esclusivamente al cliente, che risponde dei danni arrecati a sé stesso, a terzi o a cose. Nessuna richiesta di risarcimento o indennizzo potrà essere avanzata nei confronti del Locatore.
9. Nel caso di danni all’attrezzatura noleggiata il cliente è tenuto al risarcimento degli stessi oltre che all’eventuale risarcimento per mancato utilizzo nel periodo necessario alla riparazione. Il tutto sarà quantificato dal locatore al momento della riconsegna.
10. In caso di rottura totale o di furto il materiale in oggetto sarà addebitato al locatario secondo il valore di mercato.
11. Convenzione regolatoria (facoltativa). Qualora il locatario abbia aderito alla convenzione regolatoria mediante il pagamento di un importo aggiuntivo pari al 17% del costo del noleggio, il rischio economico derivante da danni accidentali all'attrezzatura noleggiata sarà interamente a carico del Locatore. Restano esclusi dalla copertura i danni causati da comportamento doloso o gravemente colposo del locatario, dall'utilizzo improprio dell'attrezzatura, nonché i casi di perdita, furto, smarrimento o danno totale e irreparabile del materiale. In tali casi il materiale sarà addebitato al locatario al prezzo di listino indicato dal produttore. L'adesione alla convenzione regolatoria è valida esclusivamente se espressamente riportata nel contratto di noleggio o nella ricevuta di pagamento dell'importo aggiuntivo.
12. Durante il periodo di noleggio è possibile sostituire l'attrezzatura con altra appartenente a categoria diversa. Qualora venga scelta un'attrezzatura di categoria superiore sarà addebitata la relativa differenza di prezzo; nel caso di categoria inferiore non è previsto alcun rimborso. La sostituzione potrà essere effettuata esclusivamente presso il punto noleggio FASSA RENT.
13. L'utilizzo dell'attrezzatura è riservato ai maggiorenni. I minori potranno utilizzare l'attrezzatura esclusivamente se accompagnati da un maggiorenne che se ne assuma ogni responsabilità civile e patrimoniale.
14. Il cliente si impegna a riconsegnare l'attrezzatura presso il punto noleggio FASSA RENT – Strada de Meida 106, San Giovanni di Fassa, dove è stato sottoscritto il contratto. Il servizio di noleggio non comprende il recupero dell'attrezzatura né delle persone. Qualora il recupero venga richiesto e sia possibile effettuarlo, compatibilmente con la disponibilità di mezzi e personale, sarà applicato un costo di € 30,00 per persona o mezzo se il recupero avviene in Val di Fassa; diversamente sarà addebitato un importo di € 2,00 per ogni chilometro percorso, sia per l'andata che per il ritorno.
15. La la restituzione del mezzo prima della naturale scadenza del noleggio non comporta nessun diritto al rimborso, nemmeno parziale, del corrispettivo.
16. Nel caso in cui l’attrezzatura non dovesse rientrare per qualsiasi motivo secondo gli accordi, al settimo giorno dalla data stabilita per la restituzione verrà automaticamente esposta denuncia per furto nei confronti del locatario.
17. Con la sottoscrizione del presente contratto il cliente dichiara di aver letto, compreso e accettato integralmente il presente regolamento, le condizioni di noleggio, le tariffe applicate e gli orari di apertura e chiusura del servizio.
The bikes are delivered in optimal conditions, however before leaving it is good to check that everything works, as on your return any damage could be charged to you.
The customer undertakes to respect the terms of return of the bike, to take care of it and to never leave it unattended.
Payment is made before the rental in cash or by card.
No deposit is required.
The customer assumes full responsibility for the rental bike and accessories.
In case of bicycle theft or damage to parts and accessories, the customer is required to refund.
terms and rental conditions
The lessee (client / group leader) of FASSA RENT equipment, whose signature appears on this contract, takes delivery of the bicycle and / or other equipment under the terms and conditions set out in this contract that the lessee accepts and undertakes to respect.
1. The customer assumes full responsibility for the rental equipment.
2. The bicycle and / or equipment must be returned in the opening hours and at the place of the rental point. 6. The customer must respect the rules of the highway code, which he declares to know. The Lessor declines all responsibility in case of improper use of the equipment and failure to comply with the rules of the highway code.
7.The customer declares by renting the bicycle and / or the equipment, to have adequate capacity and appropriate competence without placing any reservations.
8. Any fact, damage or injury resulting from the circulation and use of the bicycle and / or equipment is attributable to the customer only. The customer is therefore responsible for damage caused during the use of the equipment to himself, to third parties, to things, to the bicycle and / or to the equipment. No form of compensation may be requested from the Lessor.
9. In the event of damage and / or breakages caused to the rented equipment, the customer will have to pay the damage caused which will be quantified by the lessor.
10. In the event of total breakage or theft, the material in question will be charged to the lessee according to the market value.
11. Replacement is possible during the duration of the contract with materials of different categories and values, with the difference being charged in the case of a higher category, but without reimbursement in the case of a lower category.
12. The use of bicycles is reserved for persons not under the age of 18 unless the minor is accompanied by an adult who assumes responsibility for the minor.
13. The lessor may refuse the rental of the bicycle or accessories to a person not deemed able to ride it (pursuant to articles 186 and 187 of the Highway Code) or for other reasons and in any case at the sole discretion of the lessor.
14. The rental contract does not provide for the recovery of the equipment or of people. If this service is requested, the cost is € 30 per person / bike if the recovery takes place in Val di Fassa, otherwise a cost of € 2.00 per km traveled both outward and return is calculated. The equipment will be replaced exclusively at the FASSA RENT rental point, the customer undertakes to return the equipment to FASSA RENT strada de Meida 106 - San Giovanni di Fassa.

Prüfe den perfekten Zustand der Leihausrüstung. Evtl. Mängel sind sofort zu beanstanden. Bei Rückgabe werden sämtliche Schäden in Rechnung gestellt.
Der Kunde verpflichtet sich, die Rückgabebedingungen des Leihmaterials einzuhalten, es zu pflegen und nie unbeaufsichtigt zu lassen.
Die Zahlung erfolgt in bar oder mit Karte vor Erhalt des Leihmaterials ohne Kaution.
Der Kunde übernimmt die volle Verantwortung für das Leihmaterial.
Für Diebstahl oder Beschädigung haftet der Kunde in voller Höhe.
REGLEMENT UND VERLEIHBEDINGUNGEN
Der Mieter (Kunde/Gruppenleiter) des Leihmaterials von FASSA RENT, stimmt den Vertragsbedingungen in vollem Umfang zu.
1. Der Kunde übernimmt die volle Verantwortung für das Leihmaterial.
2. Das Leihmaterial muss innerhalb der ausgehängten öffnungszeiten zum Mietort, zurückgebracht werden. Für den Fall, dass der Kunde denen im Mietvertrag vereinbarten Rückgabetermin nicht einhält, sind bei einer Verspätung von weniger als 30 Minuten 10 € zu entrichten, wenn die Verspätung 30 Minuten überschreitet wird die halbe Tagesmiete berechnet.
3. Vor Übergabe des Leihmaterials wird der Mietpreis entrichtet.
4. Mit Übergabe des Leihmaterials bestätigt der Kunde den einwandfreien und funktionstüchtigen Zustand und erklärt dieses zuvor geprüft zu haben; Bei der Rückgabe kommt der Kunde für evtl. Schäden auf.
5. Das Leihmaterial ist ausschließlich als Transportmittel zu verwenden und mit Sorgfalt zu behandeln. Der Kunde hat das Material so zu benutzen, dass keine Schäden entstehen.
6. Der Kunde erklärt die Regeln der Straßenverkehrsordnung zu kennen und einzuhalten. Der Vermieter lehnt jede Verantwortung bei unsachgemäßer Verwendung des Leihmaterials und Nichteinhaltung der Vorschriften der Straßenverkehrsordnung ab.
7. der Kunde erklärt mit der Anmietung des Leihmaterials sachgemäß damit umzugehen.
8. Für sämtliche Sach- oder Personenschäden (auch an Dritten), die durch die Benutzung des Leihmaterials entstehen, haftet der Kunde. Vom Vermieter kann keinerlei Entschädigung verlangt werden.
9. Im Falle von Schäden am Leihmaterial haftet der Kunde in vollem Umfang. Der Betrag wird vom Vermieter bei Rückgabe des Leihmaterials festgelegt.
10. Bei Totalschaden oder Diebstahl wird das betreffende Material dem Mieter zum Marktwert in Rechnung gestellt.
11. Der Umtausch des Verleihobjekts während der Vertragsdauer gegen gleichwertige Artikel oder Artikel höherer Kategorien ist jederzeit gegen Aufpreis möglich. Die Rückvergütung beim Tausch gegen Artikel preiswerterer Kategorien ist jedoch nicht möglich.
12. Die Benutzung von Fahrrädern minderjähriger Personen ist nur in Begleitung eines Erwachsenen der die Verantwortung dafür übernimmt möglich.
13. Der Vermieter kann die Vermietung des Leihmaterials an eine Person ablehnen, die als nicht fahrfähig gilt (gemäß Artikel 186 und 187 der Straßenverkehrsordnung) oder aus anderen Gründen und in jedem Fall nach alleinigem Ermessen des Vermieters.
14. Der Mietvertrag sieht keine Rückholung des Leihmaterials oder von Personen vor. Wird dieser Service gewünscht, betragen die Kosten 30,00 € pro Person / Fahrzeug, wenn dies im Fassatal erfolgt, ansonsten werden 2,00 € pro gefahrenem km Hin- und Rückfahrt berechnet. Das Leihmaterial wird ausschließlich im Geschäft FASSA RENT ersetzt, der Kunde verpflichtet sich, das Leihmaterial an der FASSA RENT-Strada de Meida 106 - San Giovanni di Fassa zurückzugeben, wo er den Mietvertrag unterzeichnet hat.
15. Die vorzeitige Beendigung des Mietvertrages ist durch Rückgabe des Materials ohne Erstattungsansprüche des Mieters möglich.
16. Erstattungen erfolgen ausschließlich bei Krankheit und/oder Verletzung unter Vorlage eines regulären Arztzeugnisses.
17. Der Abschluss des Mietvertrages durch den Kunden setzt die Kenntnis und vorbehaltlose Annahme dieser Regelung, der vorgenannten Gesetze, der Tarife, der Öffnungszeiten des Mietservices voraus.
