The lessee assumes full responsibility for the rented item.
The equipment is not insured; through a regulatory agreement, by adding 17% to the rental amount, the risk of damage and breakage of the equipment is 100% borne by the renter. Damages caused by negligent behavior are not covered by the regulatory agreement.
In case of loss of the rented equipment due to theft or total and irreparable damage, the item in question will be charged to the lessee at the list price indicated by the manufacturer.
